Under the hood, HiCode works as a team of specialists — each with a narrow job, coordinated by an orchestrator that decides who steps in at each moment:
Explorer
Reads the project before any change — from a single symbol to a deep audit.
Researcher
Official documentation, library versions and known errors, out on the web.
Planner
Files to touch, steps in order, risks — before a line is written.
Builder
Creates and edits the code, one focused mission at a time.
Runner
Runs the build, the tests and the project's server — and reports what it saw.
Fixer
Fixes one concrete failure, starting from the real error.
Reviewer
Rereads the changes hunting for bugs and regressions, with findings ranked.
Infrastructure
Provisions the server, DNS, SSL and Docker, and ships the deploy.
You talk to one. The work passes through all of them.
A plan before the code
The difference between generating code and doing engineering is discipline. In HiCode, a change touching several files is never improvised:
- Explorethe map of the area to be touched
- Planfiles, order and risks
- Approvethe plan goes through you
- Executeone task at a time, in order
- Validateit ran, it was tested, it was checked
And the plan is alive: if a step reveals a wrong assumption, execution stops and the plan is revised — instead of pressing on and breaking things.
It runs what it builds
HiCode doesn't say “done” out of optimism. After any change in behavior, the runner runs the project — build, tests, lint — and the result is reported exactly as it came back. If something broke, the real error goes straight to the fixer, with the stacktrace, and the correction comes back around to be validated again.
It's the cycle a real developer works in: write, run, read the error, fix — only continuous.
From the database to the deploy
Building end to end means not stopping at the edge of the code:
- Live databases — dedicated specialists for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis and more: queries, schemas, migrations, straight over the project's own connection;
- Infrastructure — provision the server, point the DNS, issue the SSL, bring up Docker and publish;
- Games and 3D — a dedicated studio delivers finished Unity games and 3D assets, which the builder integrates into the project.
The same flow that writes the function ships the system.
The context is your project — all of it
With a million-token window, HiCode sees the project as it really is: the architecture, the house conventions, the history of what has already been tried. The code that comes out reads as though written by someone who already worked in the repository — because, in context, it was there.
Coming soon
HiCode will run exclusively inside HiCody for desktop — that's where the open project, the specialists and the permissions to run and publish live. It will not be in the chat or in the API.
The launch is close. In the meantime, the other models in the catalog are already available.

Every model in this series was given a portrait drawn by HiMegia. HiCode's is a shipyard in full swing — many specialized hands building something large that will, in the end, be launched.
